What is the cost for delivery?
We deliver with APC for free across mainland UK with a £75 minimum order.
How long does delivery take?
We are suggesting 7 days for delivery. We are working on making this as quick as possible however as our online venture is new we are still making improvements as the weeks go on!
We have suggested 7 days to cover for us being closed at the weekends.
What is the shelf life for your products?
- Mr Kipling is 14 days
- Lyons is 28 days
- Cadburys is 40 days
- Most other products are all MINIMUM 45 days

What is the profit margin and are your products price marked?
All Cottage Bakery products come price marked along with a some Mr Kipling products. Our customers can decide what they can sell our products at in their store and so therefore choosing your own profit margin.
Can you merchandise our store?
At the moment we only operate a merchandising service around Central Scotland with our van sales operation but you can still stock our products by ordering online.
Our online venture is new and we are happy to be connecting with convenience stores across the UK who are wanting to buy their cakes from the one place.
We can provide you with a PDF of our Planograms to help you see what our products would look like on the shelf here. This will also give you guidance on a suggested order whether it is small, medium or large.
Do you do sale or return?
We do not offer SOR for our online orders at this time, we have found that the majority of our customers do not require this thanks to the shelf life of our products
